OLYMPICS REFORMED

If there's one thing I've been to more than weddings and pubs this year, it's gigs by bands I used to like as a child. My diary for August had The Stooges, Mudhoney, Pixies, Dinosaur Jr, and the Lemonheads scribbled in it like it had been stolen by a young me from the past in a particularly indie version of Back to the Future (support bands? Where we're going we don't need support bands).

It's always odd seeing your favourite band older, wider and playing to pay off mortgages, divorces and re-hab. But it is always nice. Which is why I'm delighted to announce that on November the 26th The Winter Olympics are back. Click here for details.
